My coaching work grew out of years sitting with individuals and teams who sensed that their current ways of thinking and relating were no longer sustainable, yet did not know how to shift. Coaching, as I practice it, is an invitation to notice patterns, release what is no longer true, and practice new ways of inhabiting your life and work.
In individual coaching, I walk with you as you examine beliefs that have quietly guided your choices. Together, we identify recurring emotional responses, embodied habits, and internal narratives that may have protected you at one time but now constrain you. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, you begin to create new neurological pathways - new default responses rooted in clarity rather than fear. Over time, many clients describe feeling more grounded, more honest with themselves, and more able to act in alignment with their values.
I also offer organizational coaching for educators, leaders, and staff. In these contexts, I work with small groups or leadership teams to explore how culture is actually lived day to day: whose perspectives shape decisions, how conflict is handled, and what stories are told about success and failure. Sessions might include classroom or meeting observations, reflective conversations, and gentle but direct feedback about patterns that maintain inequity or stagnation. From there, we co-design new practices that support cultural bridges, more equitable collaboration, and healthier communication.
Whether you come as an individual or as part of an organization, my coaching is intuitive and grounded, informed by my background in social justice education and my long engagement with healing practices. If you are ready to look at yourself and your context through a different lens, and to practice new ways of being with sustained support, I would be honored to accompany that process.
